2. Orders Placed Directly on audienceforcreators.com
If you placed your order directly through our website, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Refunds:

• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or confirmation email)

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective
