Warranty Overview
Thank you for choosing the Audience Travel Vlogging Kit. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. This product is covered by a 500-day limited warranty, beginning on the Order Date shown on your Amazon receipt. The warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use.
 
Coverage Details
If a defect arises during the warranty period and a valid claim is submitted, Audience, at its sole discretion, will provide one of the following:

• Replacement of the defective component(s)

• A comparable product if the original is unavailable

• Store credit or a refund equal to the value of the defective item

 
What’s Covered
This warranty applies only to components originally included in the Travel Vlogging Kit. Covered components include:

• Tripod – Locking mechanism failure, joint instability, or manufacturing defect

• Phone Clip – Spring malfunction not caused by misuse

• Bluetooth Remote – Non-functioning under proper pairing and battery use

• LED Light – Non-working LEDs or charging port issues under standard use

• External Microphone – Internal wiring or connection faults during normal operation

Each claim is subject to inspection and verification.
 
What’s Not Covered
The following are excluded from this limited warranty:

• Cosmetic damage including scratches, fading, and minor dents

• Battery degradation resulting from normal usage

• Damage to personal devices (e.g., smartphones, cameras) used with the kit

• Damage due to accidents, drops, abuse, or misuse

• Exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or fire

• Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or disassembly

• Products lost or stolen

 
How to claim
To submit a warranty claim, prepare the following:

1. Amazon Order ID

2. Written description of the issue

3. Photos or video showing the defect

4. Your name, shipping address, and contact email

Returns and Shipping Policy

• If your order is within Amazon’s standard return window (typically 30 days), please initiate the return directly through your Amazon account.

• For valid warranty claims beyond the Amazon return window:

  • Outbound shipping (U.S. only) will be covered by Audience.

  • Return shipping may be charged to the customer if the claim is rejected after inspection.

  • International customers may be subject to additional shipping fees and customs duties.

 
Safety & Liability Disclaimer
Audience is not liable for damage to personal devices—including smartphones, cameras, or tablets—arising from use or misuse of this kit.
This product is designed for dry indoor or safe outdoor use only, on flat, stable surfaces.
Audience is not responsible for issues resulting from:

• Improper setup or overloading

• Mounting expensive devices in unsafe positions

• Environmental exposure (wind, rain, heat, etc.)

• Unsafe or negligent operation

We strongly recommend testing all kit components before use.
